The 1908 $5 Indian Head Half Eagle was made at three different mints (S (San Francisco), D (Denver), plain (Philadelphia)) plus there was a proof type, and all four are worth more than £320 if certified and uncirculated while the uncirculated proof is worth over £3000. If the coin is not certified, I recommend that it be certified.
