After a long 3 hours of scanning, it finally finished and the results showed this

Registry Keys Infected:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Ext\Stats\{7d5dd829-6c90-42c5-b54c-2afa82f988ba} (Rogue.Installer) -> No action taken.

Registry Data Items Infected:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Security Center\AntiVirusDisableNotify (Disabled.SecurityCenter) -> Bad: (1) Good: (0) -> No action taken.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Security Center\FirewallDisableNotify (Disabled.SecurityCenter) -> Bad: (1) Good: (0) -> No action taken.

What I do here? remove or ignore it?

I also used Spybot search & destroy and found this file- Virtumonde.sdn
This was found on a lvcoinst.dll file in my Windows folder, so I was hesitant to Purge this file, I was thinking it might mess up the computer. What do i do with this?
Since I found this, I noticed my Ram memory is drained quickly when before it would take awhile.
-=-=-=-=-What about The Virtumonde issue?-=-=-=-=-=
