Recently, I was served by my county Sheriff regarding my previous use of a credit card. My income has decreased so I fell behind on payments to the point where I couldn’t make payments. I went to a lawyer previously and he was interested in jewelry, computer, etc. One lawyer wanted the imitation fur coat off of my mother’s back. What is the bankruptcy law in Georgia? What can they take?
In Federal case #4:06-cv-38, ED TN, the lawyers are complaining about a son helping his dad fight for a Fair and MEANINGFUL day in court. His dad’s former lawyer did not do his job. He allowed perjury to be committed- A legal malpractice & civil rights case. But because the COMMON SENSE papers the son has helped his dad with, the lawyers argue about technicalities instead of whether or not the former lawyers committed the crimes which is alleged in the lawsuit. .6 million dollars is at risk. Whenever I drive back from my law office to my house, I always pass through a bunch of suburban office parks, and it seems like most of the businesses are related to chemistry or some kind of biotech. They all have names like GenBioNext or Hartwell Biologics or Alliance Genomics or so forth.
Anyway, it seems like the names CHANGE fairly often, too. It’s like these places are popping in and out of existence all the time.
Now, I don’t know what kind of crazy dark magic cloning all those guys are working on, but is it possible we simply have too many chemists and research scientists in America? We have more chemists and stuff than there are discoveries to be discovered, and this hurts the market.
Plus, when you have all these unemployed chemists running around, I’m sure a few of them are tempted to move from legit science into dark science like undercover organ transplants, making illegal drugs, or working on suitcase nukes for terrorists.
I’m just a simple admiralty/maritime lawyer, but I know trouble when I see it.
Are there simply too many chemists in America?
My computer has been shutting off the desktop, making the shortcut icons disappear with just about any action. It gad also changed my background picture. I traced it to a few program files which had hidden itself deep inside my files, under the name PROGRAM DATA -> 88307531-> 88307531. Even after deleting them, it does these things. Help?

Just wondering because there’s a claim that legal costs are only 1 to 2% of healthcare costs. Let’s assume that number is correct. I don’t know about you but I think that 1 to 2% of 1/7th of the US GPD is A LOT OF MONEY.

My previous dentist (in an HMO network) overprepared (removed too much tooth structure) two of my molars for a crown. The crown will not stay glued on because of it. I talked to a lawyer who said dental malpractice lawsuits are harder to prove than medical malpractice. He said the cost of the lawsuit would exceed the cost of getting it fixed. Are there any non profit attorneys that would help me sue if I can’t pay the legal fees? I want to have my previous dentist pay to get my tooth fixed by the specialist. I have to go through painful oral surgery (crown lengthening) to get the crowns to stay glued on. I am suffering severely from another dentist’s mistake. I’m working on a mock trial case and I’m having trouble getting legal details. Please help!
My PC was partitioned into a C and D drive. Recently due to a new security system leaving my PC completely open to attack after the trial ran out my computer was swamped with viruses which had to lead to an eventual wipe of the C partition (which held the operating system files etc).
Basically now it says I have 140gb used on the D drive. Yet it is not there. Using folder organiser software it seems to ignore the 140gb which is apparently in use.
Quite frankly this 140gb isn’t there. If I search latest music downloads etc, they aren’t on my PC. I actually believe I kept most of my files on the C drive, but that isn’t really relevant as I needed to delete many of them anyway.
Basically I just want to know why it says I’m using 140gb when software seems to think otherwise.

My grandmother who is 85 years old, widowed, and ill was forced to move out of the house she lived in with my grandfather for over 50 years by these a-holes. She is 85 years old and has to start paying a new mortgage all over again. It is infuriating. I called lawyers to see if there was anything we could do to stop this and basically I was told they can take your house away and unless we could afford to hire all kinds of lawyers, go through a lengthy court proceeding, and sue these people and we would probably lose the battle anyway, there was nothing we could do. My grandmother is a law abiding women who is afraid to defy the government even if what the government is doing is wrong, so she acquiesced. I didn’t. I stayed in that house until I was forcibly removed. It was all I could do. I don’t know how this can happen in America, but it is and these a-holes are untouchable! I’ve written letters, I’ve done all I can to get the word out about what these people are doing, and I will not stop. It’s not right! How is this constitutional?

ok..so my 8 year old gashed her leg open and got staples put in it at the emergency room..
i took her to the doc today to get them taken out and the doc told me that they shouldve sewn it cuz it will leave a nasty scar…
when she was at the emergency room the doctor there told me it would be easier on her cuz staples are quicker..when i asked about scarring they told me it would scar but not any worse than stitches..but i have no proof of that statement
i am beginning to feel like they just wanted to rush her out cuz i have no insurance on her
to me a scar like that may be something that will affect her mentally in the future
this is not about why i have no insurance..i make too much money for gov assistance…but not enough for insurance

Okay, I have three programs that were installed on my laptop without my knowledge or consent and I would like them gone. All three are those fake anti-virus protection scams. One is called Anti-malware Doctor. The second is called Security Suite.
One doesn’t seem to even claim a name. I can not get rid of them through the control panel, in safe mode or otherwise. As you probably know, system restore is not possible in safe mode. In regular start-up, one or all three of these programs is blocking system restore. If I attempt to open it it is closed instantly.
I will not wipe my hard drive, I have very important information on it that I need saved.
The way I see it, I have three options. Fix it, don’t use it, use it anyway.
Not using it would inconvenience me. I need my own functioning computer for school and work. Using it anyway will eventually have undesirable consequences, I am sure, and with all the fucking windows popping up it is an entirely unpleasant experience. Fixing it would be optimal.
So, how do I remove these harmful programs and keep everything else?

Ran the malwarebyte in safe mode, found stuff, deleted it, it said restart, did (not in safe mode) problems persisted. Ran mwb again in safe mode, found stuff (only three that time) deleted it, it said restart, did (not in safe mode) problems persisted. Running it for a third time, so far has not resolved my issues.
the third time it found two things, deleted them, did not tell me to restart, remained in safe mode. I am now running it for a fourth time, and I intend to continue to do so until it finds nothing upon finishing a scan. After that, if problems still persist, I will try the task manager thing someone suggested.
However, even if that works, I will still have two out of three to get rid of. :/

Got to the point where mwb in safe mode found nothing. Problems still persist, no improvement whatsoever. Tried the task manager thing. Right clicked on security suite, when to process, there was no option to locate file. Wtf now?

We want to sue our child’s doctor for Malpractice. He diagnosed our child with a medical condition that she didnt even have, and put her on medication for it. The medication really messed up our child, causing growth problems, bhavioral problems, etc. Then, months later, the doctor took back the diagnoses and said it was something else!!!!
Of course, we dont go to that doctor anymore, and Malpractice has been brought up. We are seeking legal advice.
However, now the doctor is ‘trying to cover’ his own butt. He said that we, as parents, were causing all the problems! He even accused us of having psychological problems, and called Child Protective Services on us!
I’m not sure what to do anymore! The harder we fight this, the more they make our lives miserable! We are just 2, low-class parents fighting against a doctor, and now Child Protective Services.
We don’t really have any money left, because everytime the doctor or CPS has accused us of something, we have to pay someone else to prove it wrong! (Ex. psychological testing.)
We find it kind of fishy that once we seek legal advice for MalPractice, that the doctor starts all this.
