Notary Public at mailing companies?

I am looking for a notary public and did a search on the net. It came up with Fedex and other mailing companies – do these companies really provide this service? I thought you needed a lawyer?

Although it’s not a listed service, they may . You can also easily find a Notary at any legal (lawyers) office, Bank, or any Town or City office.
