Can anyone recommend a good, smudge proof mascara (UK)?
I’m on the eternal quest for a mascara that won’t end up giving me panda eyes within an hour of applying it. (One’s I’ve already tried are max factor 1000 calorie, dior waterproof, rimmel waterproof, and various maybelline ones)
