If so, for how long. The reason, I made friends with a person and stupidly emailed my name, address, phone number and my picture. Things turned very bad. I spoke to the FBI & he told me that because I sent this data, I couldn’t do anything about the use of my info. I don’t think he understood how it was being used. Isn’t it illegal (federal or state) for someone to use my name and my photo?

I’m still waiting to hear from my IP to check security, as I also believe this person has hacked into my computer several times as well. This person has made threats towards me (vailed physical threats) on 360 and to my home b phone.
