This may sound very trivial – but recently i had a very nasty experience with a mover here in Jersey. I had had looked up a , what looked like a reputable mover, to move my stuff from one apartment to another. He never showed up and my apartment charged me 300$ for NOT moving out in the time frame (you have to book slots to move, so the apartment pads the elevators to prevent damage etc). The apartment I was SUPPOSED to move to charged me 200$ for not showing!!!

What can I do (other than calling him and spewing obsceneties) legally to prevent him from doing this to others? I don’t want money, just want to know if I can take legal action to prevent him from not delivering services/service malpractice!!!
