We bought a car frm a dealer sometimes in Feb 08, 2 mths later i got a letter frm my state DOL saying i needed to return the car to them that its been reported as a total loss. We own the car. We have the original title to the car and everything. So now we have to go through inspection with the State Patrol and if it passes we have to repay for the licenses and fees. Im hoping to seek legal action against the car dealership for fraud, title washing, inconveniences and business malpractice. I need to know how much i can get for all these and the right steps i need to take. All serious advises would be welcome greatly appreciated.
