Under Natural Law, which the Constitution was written under, I have the right to own all property, to acquire it and dispose of it.
So how can the government deprive me of my property rights of owning plants put here by God, when nobody else’s freedoms have been put in harm or jeopordy, and if them plants never even leave my private property land?
Well, I don’t have any weed. But also, there was a farmer in the depression, who wanted to grow like 20 acres of grain, to be used only on his farm, and the Supreme Court ruled that he couldn’t an had to follow legislation from Congress, which forced him to buy it from the guy down the street, instead of growing his own.
I mean thing about it people, if this power is considered to be Constitution at an governmental level, then they can just say, you can’t grow any gardens, and you must buy all your veggies from down the road.
Under Natural Law, you have the right to own all plants put here by your creator, as long as you are not using them to infring upon someone else’s freedoms under Natural Law.
