I’m A licensed notary public in Pa, And recently was told that even though I have buildings to run my business and 40 acres (lots of space to have A successful business), I am not allowed to do anything here that provides A service to the public because my zoning is agricultural. I don’t want to get into any kind of farming of course but am lost as to what else I can start . It bothers me because I have the space and the lifestyle that I could pull off having A successful business at home but need some guidance as to what Is acceptable for my zoning laws. Any suggestions would be helpful.
I like Williams idea but I have to have a letter from the zoning comission to send in to the dmv in order to have my full service station here.(to do tags and title transfers). How am I to get around that?
