legal privacy
If abortion rights are based on a woman’s right to privacy, then why is it legal for the gov to look at record?

I am referring to the comment in the “Patriot” act that lets the government look into a person’s medical records. Does seem a little backward to me…and also isn’t there suppose to be Dr./patient confidentiality?

Isn’t that totally opposite of what a “Patriot” would do?
Forget…Not according to the Patriot act there isn’t.

The Patriot Act is of course just a nice little fluffy play on words to stop the average Joe smelling what is really going on. Imagine if they had of called the ‘Invasion of Privacy Act???’

If you question the Act, you aren’t a patriot. You aren’t a patriot, you aren’t American – then you’re a social outcast even though you know 100% the act is a load of crap.

If a woman chooses to have an abortion then she should also have every right to maintain her privacy and secrecy as it is a very personal and individual topic.

If people can only wake up and THINK! How the hell did we go from 9/11 attacks, to Patriot Acts to pretty much removing everyone’s privacy and freedom…the very freedom American politicians sing about so merrily when it suits them???

Anyone with an IQ in double figures can see the document is just a ruse to erode rights of the people. Animals in zoo’s have more freedom now.

I personally believe the government should have no right at all to view anyone’s records, but the real question for me is WHY WOULD THEY EVEN WANT TO???
