I have virus on my computer. I think I do at least. It won’t let me get on the Internet because it is a "threat." It goes by the name Windows 7 Security 2012 and wants me to buy it’s antivirus. My antivirus is Microsoft Security Essentials. Whenever I try to turn my antivirus on and scan it says there is an error and I can’t open it. I already tried being on safe mode. It’s a farely new laptop. Do I have to erase all the data on my computer and start it over? Please help. I need a free solution.
In case you didn’t understand the first time, I am NOT able to get on the Internet. The virus won’t let me. I am on my iPod right now.
