I’ve had this occur to the same computer before about a year or two ago due to downloading virus-filled software. I had to flush out my computer to rid of the virus and my music and data was erased from my computer.
Today I got the blue screen again but am curious to why it happened. I have Norton 360 security that tells me when something is wrong with the computer, and didn’t see any recent alerts, somebody please help!
